The Insurance Ombudsman Office of the Slovak Association of Insurance Companies (SLASPO), registered as an alternative dispute resolution entity on April 4, 2017, with the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, handles disputes between insurance companies (SLASPO members) and their clients—consumers—in connection with consumer contracts or disputes related to such contracts.
Alternative dispute resolution is managed by authorized individuals, JUDr. Michaela Soldánová and Mgr. Natália Karoliová, who are registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and have extensive experience as lawyers specializing in the insurance sector.
